The iWiLL Campaign Founder, Jamal Bonaparte, was invited to speak with some high school students about the importance of believing in yourself and embracing your passion(s).
Rather than give them an hour-long lecture on “putting in the work,” we left the floor open to Q&A’s where the students were able to share their aspirations, hopes, and fears, so that we could meet them with REAL LIFE guidance based on REAL WORLD experiences. And we think that’s what we need more of in this day and age. Less talk about laziness, and more talk about acknowledging/embracing your strengths and weaknesses and plotting a course to your personal success and happiness. Don’t just be an influencer, be a role model.
